![]() Lets discuss some of these races....
I plan on playing the 4-6 and 8-10 pick 3's. Races 4,6 I am lost on. I would appreciate any opinions and I am willing to spread in them. Race 5 I am using 2 horses, I like the 1,6... The prices will be right on both of these and I feel the favorite is really no better then the 6. I am a huge Jeremy Rose fan but there is going to be no value and I will try to beat, especially with the outside draw. The 1's best works were far and away over the synthetics and the horse is bread for the turf, the trainer, even though its a small sample has good numbers first time turf. Still looking at 8-10, will get back later. |

![]() I don't usually play Tampa and I'm not today, so I apologize for not having the insight you requested, but I have a serious question about your betting strategy.
If you are "lost" on race 4, don't have a single in race 5, and are "lost" again on race 6, why do you "plan on playing" that pick-3 at all? I'm not trying to bust your balls or anything, I'm actually just curious why you said you wanted to play that particular sequence if those were your thoughts on those races. |

Don't get me wrong, I love pick-3s, but in the scenario you described where two of the races in the sequence are giving you serious problems, and your strong opinion is in one particular race, I'm not sure playing a pick-3 is the smartest investment. |

![]() I looked at Aqu's card for Saturday and I dont think its good at all. How many betting interests for the Gravesend? 5? Woo hoo. If they closed because they thought they could omprove the product, they failed, and I am one of the biggest NYRA shills you'll ever meet. To say I am disappointed is a big understatement. The rest of the card has a lot of full fields, not good horses but full fields. Those claimers and maiden claimers that have 12 with AE lists on Saturday would have had about 1/2 of that if they had run this past week because it would have made the pool just a little more shallow. You have to be ready for what you're going to get in the winter. It ain't May. NT |
