I guess it is time to start taking Mott first time starters long on turf very seriously.

Phenomenal breeding on this one, just didn't think Mott could win on back to back days...

Nice job Billy.

I was thinking about going into today's NHC tournament but I can't do so in good conscience with the way that I have been handicapping (if you can call it that) lately.

Think I am better off just trying to find a winner and start from there.

And he goes 1-2 with the FTS in that race. Can someone check that it's really Mott??

Worst part is that one was working with yesterday's winner in the mornings. And had great breeding. And I still didn't use at 11-1. Pathetic.

It will be interesting where it goes from here. I am sure his next few FTS going long on turf are going to take a lot more money. Wonder if he really has them cranked up for the Spa.

He has been one of the most over bet trainers at the Spa over the past few years and his stats with 2nd time starters in 2 year old turf route races are brutal. Will have to keep on eye on where that goes.

I missed that, makes it more interesting. Wonder if these two are the star juveniles of the barn or if he is cranking them up. His FTS could be underlays going forward.
