The United States District Court for the Western District of Texas upheld a Texas law requiring residents of Texas who desire to wager on horseraces to wager in person at a Texas racetrack. This ruling does not impact TwinSpires.com customers in other states. Your account balance as of the end of the day Tuesday, September 24 will be mailed to you via check, after any point balances are added to your account.
