Thank you Not tonight though Not a chance I could come up with the 40-1 shot in the first leg. That horse will never win another race, too bad because I got my single home in the feature.

BTW

As usual, thank you for your kind words. During this thread you mentioned that you used the runnerup (Kapanga) and also stated that she was a "plodder".

These types are among the worst bets in racing; short price and little chance.

Learning how the configuration of the turf course affects the race dynamics would make you a better player. BBB

While I have stated as much in the past, making any kind of blanket statements is, while your MO, very foolish, and just the thing that losing horseplayers such as yourself often do ( in your case for effect ).

This race was well disected by a couple of posters here. You need to ask yourself why you seem to have all the answers after races are run but NEVER before they are run. Anybody can come up with reasons, either logical or ( as in your case ) illogical, after a race why people could have bet winners. Sadly, especially for you, at least occasionally it is necessary to do this before post time.

As for the configuration of turf courses......thanks for the tip. I know how the turf courses I play are configured and have both spoken about this at length on the air as well as on this site in the past. Once again.....talking without knowledge will get you nowhere. If you want to talk the talk then you better learn to walk the walk.

Fortissi More in the Belmont 2nd?

Before you guys hit me with the "" Smilies... I know he aint much horse. It's the concept that comes into play.
Last race. Fortissi More had the hedge in the mile race without Temp.Rails.
The speed faded and he wasn't going to do anything anyway but he was pinched badly in the stretch (which the Past Performances refers to as "no rally" wtf?)

Today he gets the 18ft rail and blinkers and the potential to get the lead or 2nd early. Being a Mile on the Widener, he also may benefit from the chute turn.
Coa , Prado, and Luzzi may also try for the lead.

Supposedly if the concept works , and Fortissi More actually gets a good front running trip on the rail, he could surprise with a better than expected effort for a 15-1 long shot

thanks for reviewing the concept but i was really only asking the other guy for it.

fwiw, i hope you're not hitting this 2 very hard, think he needs more than 18ft rails to get him home in front.
