If Dunbar doesn't take the bet I will.

I'll take 4-1.

I will even let you decide if you want to use your attorney's escrow account or mine.

PM me your info.

Let's get this going.

I assume you'd want me to wager at least $1000 to make it worth your while.

If I don't hear from you I'll just assume you're a young kid who should be studying harder than he is as opposed to a true gambler who can truly play with the big kids.

Binding? Says who?

90% of the people here don't give a sh1t and the other 10% can't remember what they had for lunch today.

uhh, isn't it obvious? if you have the money then why not put it in an escrow account? Your hesitancy gives you away as not being serious and most likely not having the money to cover the wager.

Only the truly enlightened may achieve that position. Certain exceptions made for advanced Alzheimer's patients.

Sadly I'm not in the first category and thankfully not in the second.

Just out of curiosity, how the hell have you managed as a 21 year old to have $4000 to gamble on a horse race?

No one calls my friend a "cox sucking trash bucket" and doesn't get an asskicking for it.

PG,

Here's the deal. My parents just signed me up for a visa platinum credit card and i have been checking into airfare rates to and from West Covina California. (where I live) If you are willing to make the trip here to face me, bare knuckle to bare knuckle, behind the elementry school playground, well i'm willing to foot the bill for it.

It's a small price to pay to have my foot up your ass. I only have a $200 line of credit so you have to stay within that. I have been lifting like a mofo and this has been my routine:

Monday - Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Back/Biceps
Saturday - off
Sunday - off

Chest
Flat Bench Press 4 sets
Incline Hammer Strength Machine 2 sets
Dumbell Flyes 2 sets

Back
Deadlift 3 sets
Lat Pull down 3 sets
Seated Cable Row 2 sets

Biceps
Standing Barbell Curls 3 sets
Preacher Curls (with dumbells) 1 set

Triceps
Tricep Press down 2 sets
Dips (weighted) 2 sets

Legs
Squats 4 sets
Leg Extension 2 sets
Leg Curl 2 sets
Seated/Standing Calve Raises 5 sets total (2 or 3 sets each way)

Shoulders
Seated Military Press (with dumbells) 4 sets
Lateral Raises 3 sets
Shrugs 3 sets

Make your time sissy boy.

I hope you are warming up with some rotator cuff exercises and throw in some drop sets now and again and you'll be a tremendous machine come speedo season. For your extensions change up now and again with some "9's" really develops the cut.
