I think it was huge. And I think he hasn't faced the early heat he undoubtedly will in this spot. Plus front runners from Cali going at CD with that long stretch is not my cup of tea. I'm much more likely to take a come from behinder from the West at CD.

How great of a race this would be if Sun King was going. Boy oh Boy you would have everything. I typically like a horse that comes off the pace in a sprint race at Churchill. I am going to take a real long look at Kelly's Landing.

Yeah take a real long look at him, and then do yourself a favor and go and bet someone with even a faint glimmer of hope.
Don't let your polytrack shilling and hope that one of those "things" that won the preps for the BC there on the tires blind you to the fact that they are all hopeless.

Kelly's Landing is scary ouchy. Seen him pull up limping. Poly was what he needed and even that race didn't break a hundred beyer. Not my kind of horse.

Ok, so this year he has lost at CD to Exciting Metro and Lost in the Fog.
Wow! What a record?
This horse has no chance in this race.

I'd throw Kelly's Landing in just because of how well he's run at CD in the past..

He also holds the track record at Churchill Downs. You cannot discount this horse when he is at Churchill.
