Optimal scenario is he wins next out and the hype continues going into the Derby. . . because he absolutely can't win it. He was excellent last year and I don't think you can knock him at all for what he was then, but today's effort makes me lean more towards the War Pass path for him rather than Seattle Slew, to use Steve Crist's terms.

According to Bloodhorse, Mo might stay for the Florida Derby now...

Uncle Mo was a faster 2yo than Seattle Slew. Hell - his BC Juvenile win might have been slightly faster than any race Slew ran until age 4.

Not according to Pletcher from a bloodhorse article
