Out of curiosity, could anybody tell me her last quarter mile time? She was 4? lengths off of a slow mile and the last 1/4 was listed at 24.6. Where does that put her final 1/4?

First foal of the great female sprinter Madcap Escapade beats Blind Luck. Never runs again after this race.

Eric Guillot has repeatedly said that Mi Sueno would have been the best 3YO filly this year.

I interviewed him the week before the Test and he said she would've crushed Blind Luck and DMC by open lengths. . . Obviously he'd say that. He also said plenty of other off-the-wall stuff.

He's definitely a colorful guy and I wouldn't be surprised by anything he said. He said what I mentioned above in an interview where he said Champagne D'Oro should have won the Prioress.

He was fun to talk to and I think they're finally reaping the rewards of all the spending they've done. They bred the sale topper at the last two big sales.

As long as she isn't trained by Eric Guillot ... I would certainly agree.

I would also agree with this.

I would have to agree with those that say BL is actually better on dirt (seems to be true). I would argue that 7F is not her best distance and she still was right there.
