Thanks to utterly incompetent defense and kicking he didn't get one in Minny - and thanks to an insanely lucky play by Eli .. the Pats didn't go 19-0 with him scoring the game winning TD late in the 4th quarter.

He won a national championship his freshman year at Marshall - he scored like 4 TDs and had 292 yards in the nat championship game against a team that was 14-0. Pretty big game for a wideout.

The NFL Network rated the top 10 greatest teams to never win the Super Bowl.

#1 and #2 were both teams Moss starred on.

How many other guys can say they played on the 2 greatest teams of all-time never to win a ring? Just him - he was the only common link between those two teams.

The #3 rated team was the Baltimore Colts team that blew the Super Bowl to the Jets as like 17 point chalks. How many Rings have the Jets won since that upset?
You act like not having a ring is a good thing. Like 20 years from now a bunch of old players are going to be sitting around talking and showing off their championship rings and stuff. What's Moss going to say....I don't have a ring, but I played on the two best teams to not get one? Who needs a ring?

Pennington and his noodle arm, I don't miss him on the Jets...Now Vinny, though braindead, I loved him.

Moss right now is a top 5 all time WR, is that even a question?
So, yea who needs a ring?

Marshall was the 1 double A National champion his freshman year. They went 15-0 and absolutely obliterated every team they played. Widely regarded as the best offensive unit and team ever at that level.

His sophomore year (and final year) - they moved Marshall up to D-1. They went undefeated in the MAC confrence and won its champion game. They did lose a non confrence shoot-out against West Virgina that year - and lost a bowl game shoot out to Ole Miss.

Is this the Little League World Series? No. Get a grip. He isn't a winner.

Everyone that plays the game plays for a ring. No one plays so people can say they were a top 5 all time receiver.

Yes. He's the only guy who can say that.

One guy can't win a ring - they can only make their unit better. Those were the two greatest offensive units of all-time in terms of scoring points.

Moss can't help his kicker make simple kicks and he can't help his defense stop desperate wobbly hail mary passes over the middle that get caught off of a guys helmet.

So being a HOF is not worth playing for? I get what your saying though, and Im not going to argue it, to just argue. I am sure Moss wants a ring badly, but like Dan Marino and tons of other greats in all sports, I dont think he needs one to be considered an all time great.

They play for money. It's a business.

Any player who's honest will tell you that they'd rather make 5 million a year and never win a ring than make 500K a year and win 10 rings.

Ask Revis. It's about getting paid.

Winning is the only thing that matters in team sports.
