![]() It wasn't very classy to do what Wilson did. That being said, I do feel the best argument against the President's speech is that he did not mention any efforts to curtail illegal immigration. Even if he says they aren't going to be insured, they're still going to have to be taken care of in the E.R. of our hospitals. If we all agree that Medical care is expensive, then curtailing illegal immigration has to be a big part of any effort to improve the medical care for Americans. That's just a simple reality that progressives need to stop ignoring. Yes, we all want a better world, but Americans should not have to be punished because people of other cultures see fit to irresponsibly breed beyond their means.
