I wouldn't term Solo Piano stealing the race, but boy I don't know how she went off at 5/2 without a sniff of pace in this race.

If the 8 wins the Pick 4 carries. I don't think I've ever seen a Pick 4 carryover in NY before.

Come on 8.

Actually the 2, but they don't carry it- they pay 3/4, which I've only seen once, ever, in NY. The 8 is paying $302,000 for $2 in the pick 4.

Steve,

The streak rages on!!

I used your plays in the 6-7-8 after scratches, 4x3x4 in the P3, the $48 wager came back with yet another signer, keyed in no small part to the $43 Karakorum horse in the 5th . $623 for the $1 tix. Amazing..

Thanks yet again for your inputs and plays, and BOL to you and all this Belmont Weekend.

Quite welcome and great work... Congrats. I'm very glad someone tied the throw-in horses together to take advantage.

I wasn't trying to claim anything on the air yesterday, but I'm very sorry I was traveling and couldn't adjust selections after the scratches, because the Paulino Ortiz winner in the nightcap would absolutely have found his way into the tabs after Merlin Circle and Api Mohkat were eliminated from consideration. He had races in his PP's that he conceivably could have run back to, and then did.

That sequence was 100% reachable with none of the prices being 'utterly impossible'. Karakorum was deserving of another chance after the trouble lines in his first two starts, and Toga Tiger was well within range of the most logical. Piano was obviously a must include. The P4 bonanza was out there to be had if you were creative and willing to spend some money on the ticket.
