I've posted lately because the idea of spending just to be spending is asinine And many of the people Obama has surrounded himself with mainly Rahm Emanuel are part of the problem not a solution. See Emanuel/Freddie Mac

i don't hink obama has done enough, or his picks for that matter, to say whether he's doing a good job or not. it's not even a month yet...

as for the spending bill-all obama can do is ask for certain things; it's up to congress to keep the bill within certain limits, and not treat it as an opportunity to load up pet projects at the same time. many of these projects could never stand alone, or up to scrutiny. but they get in there as a way to buy votes to pass the whole, bloated thing.
that we pay for.

hell no, i'm not saying that at all. what i am saying is that they're the ones breaking the bank-and they are the ones worthy of the blame for this bill, not obama-altho he will sign it when they send it to him. i guess in that respect, he's as much to blame. but they're the ones pushing thru all the spending-using our money of course.
and they're the ones who have no term limits. and a pension, and all the perqs.

I MIGHT give Obama a 'wink of approval' if he sends this bill back to Congress
for further revision! Course...since he's screaming for something to sign..that probably won't happen.

Just curious...will we have Another stimulus bill soon to fix the problems with this one?

I think it's pretty odd to complain that those making a ton of money pay most of the taxes. They're getting most of the income. They usually decide how little the poor are going to get paid. The good point is the one made about the woman having all those kids without a husband or job to support them. She looked right into the camera and admitted she had 4-6 embryos ( or whatever) put into her. She said "their my babies." Now this is crap. There is no reason why she should be getting a check for her fkn hobby. The state is bankrupt because of people like her, and the illegals that come up here and make us pay for their services. I am not against the poor getting services, but I am against stupidly increasing our numbers of the poor. It's gunna take a total breakdown before we realize we have to reduce the number of poor people we have, and spending(alone) on them doesn't help reduce their numbers. If you don't have a plan to reduce the number of poor people you have, then you're going to drown. That's what California is doing. We've let people like this lady get paid to breed. We've encouraged people (with irresponsible cultural values) to come up here and have litters of kids to be taken care of. That has to stop. Dell, why don't you tell your church to stop encouraging this fkn breeding shed they started, and you might someday see some results from your taxes(because, believe me, if they keep making huge numbers of poor people, then there is no spending solution that will ever work.) It really mazes me to see the number of Catholics that bitch about taxes while(at the same time) supporting a church that encourages mindless breeding by poor people. HELLOOO!!

Poor people dont create income, they spend it. You may take this as insensitive but the truth is that the top pays for the bottom in spite of the rhetoric.
Well, rich people always want a poor group around to get cheap labor from. I'd say rich people do use poor people to create income(for rich people.) See, Europe had their number of poor people under control, and had the Gov't services etc. to have a decent basic standard of living there(what a lot of you would call Socialism.) That didn't make the rich happy. So, they started importing poor people to make money off of. They are gunna wish they hadn't been so stupid n' greedy. You can change circumstance with resources, but you are gunna have a very difficult time changing one's flawed culture with it.

Official teaching
"Use of a condom to prevent pregnancy, just as with any other method of contraception, is a grave sin according to Catholic teaching. This is derived from the teachings of the culture of life and the 'openness to fertility' as discussed in the catechism: "By its very nature the institution of marriage and married love is ordered to the procreation and education of the offspring and it is in them that it finds its crowning glory."

Now, unless I am wrong, it's a sin for poor illegals to drop seed on the ground.
