Ugh, there's always something. The images on the Calracing.com video replay were just blurry enough that I had my fingers crossed that he just had a lot of chrome. Oh well. I've seen horses run like a duck waddles and still win races so you never know. If they can get almost a full year out of Big Brown and those wretched feet, surely Point Encounter's trainer can keep him together.

Funny. I was in Vegas from Christmas day until New Years Day. Was at Wynn on Sunday making a few future wagers, and saw him at 12-1 for the Derby!
I had never heard of him before (was out of the loop for a week or so), and couldn't believe he was only 12-1. Lowest odds of any horse on the sheet, including old fashioned, vineyard haven, etc...
Ridiculous.
