if casino drive were a juvie making his fourth start, i might bet him in that race. his resume would fit there.

makes me wish big brown hadn't retired. at least that horse won some good races, not just one lousy gr 2 against a field that has done NOTHING since.

I actually thought his comment was funny, and I plan on betting Raven's Pass in the Classic but using CD in a few bets.

I would not be shocked though if Casino Drive romps in the BCC. Horse may just be special. That is why I thought his comment was a little ridiculous. It is very hard to toss a horse with that pedigree that just keeps humiliating his competition. I am not alone in thinking Casino Drive could win the race. Haskin and a few others seem to think very highly of him.

Well, Steve was right about CD. Casino Drive was a disappointment, but Raven's Pass sure wasn't. Too bad Duke did nothing, could have made a fortune on the weekend.
