Race 5

As much as I hate to include, how do you leave Cape Town King off? He already had a more than a year layoff and came back running. Who's to say the magic Mullins potion doesn't work here off another monster layoff?

I'd love to say no way, but I would hate to let this one beat me.

Bah. Who talked me into printing these anyway?

What the hell must have happened tothis horse that Mullins took him for 62k and then had to put him on the bench for a year. The only thing is that there seems to be a ton of pace in the race and he wants to be near the lead too. I can't figure out Mullins, I use him and he is up the track, I go against him and he wins by daylight.

Race 3 live to the 3,8 in a pick 3.
Played a exacta bx with the 3 closers 1,3,9.
Triple 3/1,9/1,8,9

it makes some sense since i think Greg Black N White is gonna be shaky on the front end regardless if they're cutting back to 5 1/2 or not

the #5 My Friend Luis caught my eye, coming back for new connections, and for the life of me i can't find a way to shake the #7 Scottish Diamond from my ticket

blahhhhhh

Thanks BT, I have to admit, that is something I learned on this board. I was never smart enough to think about backing up/protecting bets with other ones. I thank the DT family for that.

No to Scottish Diamond.

Yes to My Friend Luis (esp. the way the horses have won so far tonight).

here's another head scratcher

#10 Peeka Buddha

Koriner buys the horse for 115K and enters him first time out for a 25K tag? sounds like a play from the Doug O'Neil book..... But i think the #7 Cavanaugh is the logical choice in the night cap

Dude I left the house at 6:00am and got home at 8:30pm. Possibly my worst day at my job, ever.

It's a minor miracle that I am still awake....

I'm on it now. The 6th race is giving me trouble though. A bunch of sprinters stretching out....

Okay, if I'm staying up way too late, I'm going to try to beat the obvious single. Come on closers.

5 - 2,4,5
6 - 1,2,7,9
7 - 3
8 - 3,6,7,10

$48

Wish I had time to cap it, packing right now as I am moving next week. Where is Root?

LOL, true, both of us are moving but just a coincidence. When I looked briefly there appeared to two solid horses late, Overly Tempting and Cavanaugh. Maybe go long in the 6th, even all and 1 or 2 horses in the last two races?

Curious ride by Rosario on Cavanaugh last out. He put him on the lead too soon and the winner blew him away. Does Rosario see how the track is playing and take him back (the way it seems the horse wants to run) or does he push him to the lead again and blow the deal?

Chased enough chalk early in the card. Going to see if yellow lambo can get the 6 home. WP and hook him up with the 2,5 in exacta's
