I usually use them as a tiebreaker or a quick way to eliminate horses that can't contend. Beyers at Tampa are okay, the tougher task is to compare figs (any figs) for horses shipping in from other tracks and somehow coming up with the best horse. It becomes easier to identify contenders and tougher to find overlays when things regress to the norm....
