Steve, nice call on Trippi's Storm. If he doesn't get bumped in the stretch and lose momentum, he may have won this race.

Pt.,

Thx.. That's 2 today, Questioning (in the 5th) and Trippi's just now, that I thought had reason to run well at nice numbers. Got square efforts from both running 2nd. I haven't bet particularly well though, and leaving Nedjma off the P4 will be very costly. How about the Longshot Alert try from Point Me to It at 50-1! I managed to screwed that play up as well...

Stop worrying about that.. Many trainers sponge down their horses in the summer and they come out looking soaked...

Don't be so harsh on yourself Steve, you have had some live longshots today that have performed well. With you on the 8 here, hopefully we'll get em home.

Cool

Thanks for the nice selections today, Steve. I'm a small-time beginning better but have quickly learned to go with your selections for the most part. I had a Sunriver/Trippi's Storm exacta thanks to you. I had a win bet on Odetta's One in Belmont 9th that *almost* worked out!! Very luckily, I also had a small win bet on Cori's Star!! I have a bit of an obsession with Star De Naskra horses and always bet them.

Thanks again for the great job!!
Suzanne

Trippi's Storm getting second really killed me today. . . I've been waiting for him to move up into a stakes race and think he may have won with a slighty different pace set-up and no interference in the stretch. . . I had a pretty big win bet on him and can't believe what that exacta paid with Sunriver on top. . . Unfortunately, I was working today so someone else had to place my bets and I wasn't able to see will-pays because $57 for that combo was an absolute gift. . . Now the secret's out on Trippi's Storm and his price will drop next out. . .
