Where have I been?
I bought my second Vanity Fair in over 3 years about 10 days ago,October edition. I just started reading it maybe 2 days ago and just now came to an article by Christopher Hitchens. I always read from back to front and this article was just short of the middle.This is about where the rest of the magazine is one big mass of elitist advertising.That's one big reason I learned to read from back to front. I did not know he had cancer and I guess the prognosis isn't too good.Too bad, always thought he was one smart guy and a very dogged and real one in his profession. Of course most people only know him since he came out recently with his atheist beliefs. Looks like some of the "deeply religious" people are now sending him letters telling him he got what he deserved and it should prove what happens when people preach against a Supreme Being...and that they hope he rots in hell. Church goers are such a lovely lot. Just surprised and it's too bad. This reminded me of Sighty. The Vanity Fair magazine;not Hitchens. I played my noodle film of her going nightypoo-kins.This time, she tricked me.She saw me playing it...and then immediately hoped into bed.She opened her legs sa-looooooowly.She pointed to where the down arrow should be,but instead of a down arrow...there was an arrow on a pivot. The kind you flick to spin.The possible answers on her tummy( reading from 9 o'clock clockwise to 6 o'clock): 6...See side panel clue. 12..Maybe I will..and maybe I won't 3...Take this one, it's the path less taken.A pleasant surprise may await, but then again----maybe Frost was a fool. 6...If you really need a down arrow, this won't be of any help. Then she flashed that Kooly-aid smile. I frumped to the floor in a slow motion thud.....beffudled,dazed and confused....and rule-eng en leff-eng. For this reason,I forego the Goodnightypoo-kins song. But Goodnightypoo-kins.
