Excerpt, DRF.....

* Rapid Proof, a multiple stakes winner and earner of $506,338, has been retired due to an ankle injury, trainer Lon Wiggins said Tuesday. The 7-year-old gelding won of the Hopemont and John B. Connally Breeders' Cup for owner-breeder Dolphus Morrison. "We're going to try to find a good home for him," Wiggins said.
Oh, that sucks. I liked him a bunch -- I was glad I got to see him in person in the Chicago area a few times over the past couple years. He ran a couple of big ones here. He was fun to see.

miraja2 retired from handicapping today.
He certainly had NOT done enough, and frankly it has been pretty obvious that he should have retired a long time ago, but he really looked up against it today.
The sad part is that I don't know what the hell he will do now because I really can't see him having much of a stud career.

Going to Hurricane Hall. For once... he actually HAS done enough. 6 G1's and two course records, not bad at all.

Ms. Sweep Tosho, Diva, who ran and won against the big boys and had her swansong last night (she was 3rd).

One of her finest moments.....

She soared.
