Dems gave in on extending the bush tax cuts in exchange for keeping unemployment benefits funded. Just like this upcoming round, dems want only the middle and lower to keep the cuts. Reps want it to continue for the wealthiest as well and theyll let them all expire rather than give in, because of their pledge to norquist. Yeah, cause grover matters more than the populace does....
