Default Poster Boy For Stiffer Sentencing

Some background, this piece of crap was charged with home invasion, battery, robbery with a firearm and crimes against a senior on 10/20/07. After sitting in the County jail, where family and friends could visit him daily he struck a plea in June of this year to plead guilty to Armed Robbery with a Firearm and was sentenced to 6 years. He was given time served and walked out of the County building on parole. In IL one only has to do half their sentence. This fools the public into thinking criminals are getting proper time. I would love for the media to start reporting, "Mr. Doe age 30 was sentenced to 35 years for his heinous crime. He'll do 17 and a half years and be out at age 47."

On June 18, 2010 he attempted and failed to kill a man. Then during a parole meeting he tested possitive for drugs and on July 22, 2010 he walked into the medium security Hill Correctional Center (nice as far as IL State prisons go) and walked out in less than 2 months on September 14, 2010.

Anyway a few days ago this work of art returned to a garage he had committed a robbery in when he overheard an investigating officer announce he had a good print. With that Poster Boy pulled a gun and shot two officers in the head killing them instantly. I hope right now this man is 'resisting' and getting tuned up. Heck CPD needs question this guy for a couple of years. Then give him time served credit.

You should volunteer to be put in a room with him with no weapons. Since you're all hardcore on punishment and whatnot you should be able to put him in his place.

CPD is far more qualified. And he killed one of their family. They get the job.

More of the story is out. Apparantly there were 2 attempted murders in addition to killing the evidence technician and former cop between his release in September and now.

The officer after being shot in the head was still moving so this animal returned and put another bullet in both men's heads at point blank range assuring himself they were dead. The first officer was buried yesterday, the funeral mass at his son's high school. Unfortunately IL's former criminal governor (REP), prior to going to prison himself placed a moratorium on the death penalty.

Not a peep from her or the media about her. More about the first officer buried.
