As far as your drive goes, once you are on the GSP you are pretty much committed to whatever you are going to endure. Not sure how the traffic flows that early going south to north. But if it's anything like the traffic north to south, give yourself plenty of time.

Thanks for the info... You only live once, so I'll probably wind up at The Borgata or one of the Trump properties. Hopefully I'll hit a pick 3 or 4 to pay for it. |

Well Good Luck on whatever you decide. If you do end up going, PM me. Good chance on me being there Saturday. I'll buy you a beer.

Rob-
Went from AC to Mnmth park last Saturday without much trouble and will probably do so this Sat.. Problems occurred when I got off the parkway at 105 as the traffic was a little bad. Borgata will be full rate. Trump Marina and Harrahs are within local proximity of Borgota so those are 2 places you may want to try. Otherwise look at some of the boardwalk properties(casinos/hotels).. Also since you are flying spirit, check their site.. They used to have some deals with hotels in the area. If you need any directions from airport to Ac or whatever let me know. Last edited by jenroypa : 05-25-2010 at 11:32 AM. |

A little tip. After you get off the GSP you will be on Rte 36. Go to the 3rd (I'm pretty sure that's it) light. It should be Wyckoff Rd. and make a left (There should be a TD Bank on your left). Take Wyckoff Rd. to the end (it's only about a mile mile and a half tops). Make a right on what should be rte 537 Eatontown Rd. Just stay straight on that for about a mile and a half and it will take you right to the track. This is the way I go all the time. It's like a back door right into the track and keeps you away from the congestion and chaos of 36. You can do the same thing when you leave and avoid the traffic out as well.
