Guessing 108 perhaps 109 for AP otherwise the fig you give keen ice will be unpalatable for their discipline

131 TimeformUS for the winner. Timeform (UK) will be higher by a bit.

Pretty straight forward, I figured Beyer would shade it a point to 108 because "We know what AP is by now". That was certainly one of the better 108's I have witnessed. Keen Ice ran well but in all candor he passed a gutted Competitive Edge(would assume he has entered Abyss) a short Upstart who was too close to the pace and moved to way to soon again and a cast of Kaka. No doubt Keen Ice is getting better nice colt

Keen Ice is getting good and would be a threat in the Travers if AP doesn't go. With that pedigree, Keen Ice could be a serious racehorse next year IMO.

And is AP as "fast" as Upstart and Materiality yet?

He has surpassed one of them.

It was super performance. Horses is getting better. You can get a 109 slowing down because you are tired and you can get a 109 slowing down because you have been asked slow down. He was just told to gallop the last 1/16 he wasnt tired. Rarely do I believe horses can run faster but I know it applies here.
