Is Berman the one that thinks he's more interesting by raising his voice all the time? If so, I almost always have to change the channel or mute things when I see him on ESPN.

They both speak in languages of which I am not familiar. Berman is just a bumbling idiot stuck in his own head full of inside jokes from the 80's. Stuey thinks he is cool when he goes into hip-hop slang mode.
