what did i miss?

why is he not eligible to ride in NY

as far as the DUI...... happens to the best of them. now a days you're minority not to have one

Mena is basically a fraud.

He's never had a single year where his win percentage has been 15% or better.

His ROI this year is $1.23 from 760 rides ... and his career ROI is $1.63 from 5,907 rides.
