It was a very good call.

I did listen in to LaD today. Anybody tell you that you have a touch of Dave Johnson in your calls?

I'm sure he had a chip on his shoulder after calling RA "Rachel Alexander" about 3 times in his KY Oaks call ... and totally missing MTB's rail move in his KY Derby call.

He called a great race for sure.

Default Tommy Durkin-3 Best Calls

Ahhhhhhh, he was losing is voice again at the wire. I love Tom, but he's trying to hard in these big races lately. Just be yourself and call the race. I loved his 98 Belmont(Real Quiet) 94 Travers(Concern) and 94 Breeders Cup Juenville(Timber Country)

Why? Because he was making sure he knew where Mine That Bird was. No doubt that was the number 1 thing he was thinking about going into the race. No need to worry about Rachel, everyone knew where she would be.

As I have stated before, I think Durkin is the best at calling a big race. You cant beat his ability to make a race into an epic story. You have to love Vic's calls as well, he wears his emotions of whats happening in dramatic races like no other. And when the race is run-of-the-mill, you get what you deserve from these guys....acurate calls. I still prefer static or silence over Battaglia.

I still think Stouffer is the best when he calls a race Rosario wins.
