Random BC pre-entry blood tests..
BC to test early for blood-doping drugs
By Matt Hegarty http://www.drf.com/news/article/98872.html The Breeders' Cup will randomly select approximately half of the horses that are pre-entered in the event's 14 races at Santa Anita Park in Southern California on Oct. 24-25 for out-of-competition drug tests designed to detect the use of powerful blood-doping drugs, officials of the organization have said.
