Default KNS TARGET: Arlington 5/17

Chuck has identified a race May 17 (Preakness Day) at Arlington Park as a target for Kickin N Screamin, who has been doing VERY well since getting back to Kentucky.

Listed as the 11th race of the day, it is 8.5f on the polytrack for $32,500 N2L claiming fillies/mares...

More as we know it...

Flight from Albany to Chicago for $202 and the Cubs are home on Sunday. Very tempting.

Tampa to Midway $119....

Sounds wonderful, but I have the worst timing in the world. I have a trip already planned for that weekend and on top of that, will not have internet access to even watch the race.

Very tempting

Looking at flying in that morning and flying back to Boston that night.

Is there public transportation between O'Hare and Arlington or is a cab the best option?

You can use the el/Metra combo, but it's kind of a pain, althought Metra (train) literally drops you at the track.

If you do cab, don't jump in the cab line as it's meter and half to AP from ORD. Do a pre-arranged ride..I can explain and give you number if you choose that route

Scav's has a cab service to the track. As long as he has GPS in the car

Just got back from the AP barn visting the first five of Chuck's arrivals. Included are KNS who ate up carrots and mints like nobody's business. Also Hacker Craft was in a good mood and the 5 yr old maiden, Ben's League. A couple of recent claims..Rain Shower and Fading Light round out the stable. Bob's Bean arriving next week. TC in charge and all looked great after the trip.
