Steve,

How come you don't like Mustanfar? Had a dreadful trip (actually start) last race and almost pulled it out.

Default GP Race 6

I've been waiting on a horse in the 6th at GP today. #2 Mogul Man was thought by Romans to be a real runner before his split with Ramsey. I'm assuming Frankel has him fit and ready and 6 or 8 to 1 might be possible.

Probably will include underneath on my own tickets once I see what he looks like today over there. I've never thought highly of him.. and he's slow.. But KMc going well right now and he's as eligible as any of the second wave of prices. I'm not enthused by the race period. Still a bad taste in my mouth from last year's version which cost the Magna 5 consortium $7,000 (or $11,000.. can't remember) when Go Deputy fell short v. Einstein..

JD,

Thanks for the heads up.. I didn't look at anything before the 7th, so that's a nice place to start...

Sure. I hope it helps. I just know this was one of the few Ramsey had at that time that Romans thought was a "Saturday Afternoon" horse.

Hooves, I think you're right. Chucker pulled the wool, but just by a neck--whatever--that's all he needed.

I would not leave Roberto Calvo off of any multiple race ticket that I was playing today. With three in today for the good Dr there will be early action from somewhere.

Two are first time starters. One from Stronach, again, and one from Fourroses Thoroughbreds. The other is first off the claim, not having run since August. LOL

Know he loved cashing that $28 winner, while sunning in Brazil yesterday afternoon. .....Serving days, what a crock.

Gales..

Interesting horse and the win over the nice LRL Futurity winner (Strike a Deal) caught my eye too.. Does need to run career best here to impact.

Just an update here, since it was brought up

Mrs Ramsey had a stroke 3 days ago, and is effected on her left side, she is resting at the hospital.

The horse was scratched, because it came down with a fever over night.
