Really, you need to check on the history of recent Triple Crown owners.

IMO, Iavarone isn't 1/2 the azzhole Affirmed's owner, Louis Wolfson, was. If a multiple-convicted felon ex-con like Wolfson who also brought down the guy who was nominated as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court can own a horse, then why not Iavarone?

But wait, there's more! Seattle Slew's owners fired their trainer LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER WINNING THE TRIPLE CROWN. OK. sh!t happens. But then they screwed him real good by not giving him a breeding share in the horse.

It's hard to top those two owners for being less than perfet role models.

If you have a problem, it should be with the people who regulate the sport.

For the record, the Chenery woman seemed a decent sort.
Lets go back to talking about Big Als....That places seems to have ZERO rules....I tend to get in trouble at places of those types, but it was all systems go there

My problem is the guy is a blatant liar. I have worked on trading desks with guys from firms like Iavarone's. They are the type of people who would sell their own mother down the river if the price was right. They usually last about a week in the REAL trading world.

Wolfson was a pretty blatant liar. He went down on obstruction and perjury. Hey, sometimes the less scrupulous guys get lucky. It happens.

J Edwards just said on PTI that she spoke to a spokesperson from NYRA and they said they are not going to allow the Hooters sponsorship to happen. Some conflicts?

Trading stock illegally
Being sued by Keeneland for half a million dollars
Welching countless debts
Cannot pay down a 20k casino marker
Lying about being a "high profile banker"
Having leins against him for welched payments
Lying about working at Goldman Sachs

In the real world thats enough to make people question someones integrity, and possible second guess an investment. In horseracing he doesnt really seem like that bad of a guy!

How about a Chico's Bail Bonds sponsorship, for Curlin and his owners, if they meet up?

Make sure, if you're at Belmont, and you want to see the goober girls, that you wear your $300 polarized sun glasses so there's no glare.

What if your sunglasses are from WalMart, home of the "Little Debbie's Snack Cake" and you can't afford a $300 car? It's gonna be hot and there's gonna be some shiny stuff to see...

Why doesn't a casino sponsor Casino Drive? Seems like the perfect tie in.

how about a boob shoved into musburger's mouth so we don't have to hear him.
