Ball Dancing runs down Sea Queen and Xcellence from between horses under Joe Bravo. If Sea Queen could not hold on at 9f after a half in 50.50, exactly what set up would she need?

Considering those fractions it appeared like they were trying to hand that race to Sea Queen . . . and she still could not win.
