Anyway, I saw the Montreal smoked meat sign and just got a smile on my face. I started to tell my wife about it and how when I was in Montreal it was my favorite thing -- that and Canadian beer after they told me about it, LOL. So, I take my wife over to the BBQ and I guess we stood out a bit as we were dressed for the box seat area. Next thing we know we are hanging with Steve, talking about Montreal, horses and more. So he invites us to one of the seminars gives us some of the sheets and makes us feel right at home . . . with the unsavory characters. Just kidding. Steve, his friends and the seminar hosts made us feel very welcome and treated us extremely well. Eric
