"Wild life" is good. Sometimes it's just good to see it and take a nice picture.
Then, sometimes it needs to be cooked properly to make it "table worthy".
Can I interest you in my favorite muskrat recipe?
Definitely a "winner" for the "romantics". Served with candles on the table and clean linen napkins. Fine china and silver make for memories.
If that doesn't appeal, let me know if an appetizer involving fish eggs, or goose liver will work for your "romantic dinner".
