I haven't kept up with the NYRA/State ordeal which could end next year...all I know is that probably explains why Frank has been on his best behavior.
At this point I'd prefer to see the tracks go private again. I know it's a sensitive topic for some. But it's time for some change we can believe in.  Monmouth 4 $2 ex box 4,7,8
