I am going to stop even commenting on anything relating to how racing can help itself, begin to fix it's negative image, etc. There is no point.

Every opportunity is missed, every chance ignored.

Old white men who smell like whiskey and piss and who don't give a crap about the horses... this is the way my friends think of it. I am done trying to explain it, trying to show people the track and the caring and the good and charitable things and people...the beauty of it all and the mental process in trying to figure out how a race will play out...

Forget it.

I will continue being a fan and a bettor and will talk about it HERE and that's it.

This could have been such a good thing for the game... the beginning of a process of reinventing the way the public sees it all.

I am disgusted.

Whatever.
