I saw that last night, and was kind of expecting this for some time.
I think Arlington would be a good place for CDI's first foray into synthetic. That they can even project having it in place before the 07 season sounds aggressive. I think it would help to re-establish arlington as the logical summer stopover for some of the bigger and more high profile barns. Certainly anyone based at Keeneland or Turfway.
