I would target the Met Mile, which is a perfect race for him, especially if Discreet Cat is not coming. The only problem with that is the Manhattan, a Grade 1 at 1 1/4 on the turf, is just a week away. However, winning that is only dollars, and wouldn't enhance his value, and I doubt these owners are overly concerned with earnings. The big turf races really don't start until the Arlington Million. Truthfully I think they would be very foolish to never try this horse on the dirt in a Grade 1...and Tagg is no fool.

I just love watching this horse run. At a time with few good horses he is genuinely a good horse. No hype. He just runs well every time.
Andy, I had to respond to this. Showing Up has tried a Grade 1 on the dirt... I know you meant next year before the Arlington Million, but I felt like giving you shiat.
