![]() My good friend was with his family at the Bears game yesterday and he asked people at the entry gate if he was allowed to leave the game and go home right when the warnings were announced. They had the whole place on lockdown and were NOT allowed to leave.
Now, he didn't push it and wasn't dealing with rocket scientists but I still find it odd that they couldn't leave, if they wanted to. Had a couple college friends that lost everything in Coal City, including one of them that just bought their house 5 weeks ago. (Lived their his whole life though) |

![]() Heartwarming stories, as always coming out of the devastation.
The town of Washington that was hit the worst, have a semi-final State Football Championship game scheduled this w/e. Their opponent Sacred Heart-Griffin HS met the day after the tornado and will not only send chartered buses to pick up the team and fans but will also feed them before and after the game. On a separate, personal note: GO RAMBLERS!! http://www.sj-r.com/breaking/x825432...1-p-m-Saturday
