![]() oh noes, now everyone in jersey has to get gay married...
![]() how long before all states have to recognize other states' marriages? they already do with 'straight' marriage. what gets me is when people yell 'states rights' without really thinking about what they're saying. it's often just a case of them disagreeing with the subject at hand, while ignoring the fact that states can't trample on rights guaranteed in the constitution, regardless of size of any majority. else we'd still have slavery, only certain people voting, etc. |
