Nice!

The blue/red pace lines is a really nice feature with Timeform, you quickly at a glance can measure the setup the horse was working with last race(s).

Many times you see a speed horse with a blue running line and then a loss at 3/5 next out which was predictable, now Jerry Brown would say the horse bounced, but we know thats not reality.

The blue-fractions and red-fractions are definitely a nice feature.

Any pace that is a +15 or higher, the fractions are shown in red.

Any pace that is a -15 or lower, the fractions are displayed in blue.

My personal preference would have been to use +20 or faster for red, and -12 or slower for blue ... but they're currently very close to that right now.

I have actually been much more profitable on the closers in -12 running line than the speed horses. The odds are way better as well.

What I am finding is there are many horses who run well with +20 efforts but do not back them up, more times than not at the cheap tracks.

This an advanced pacefigures type item but I am finding also some correlation between turn time and next out efforts using the PF's.

Erie Times News hardcopy is the only place.

Not sure why, but they only post columns on their website (goerie.com) Two of the main guys at the paper are regulars at the track.

I know this is pushing it a bit. (or a lot) but maybe we could get a picture like above in this post.
I wouldn't ask this of you Doug; you're busy enough. Maybe someone else with access to this paper would be kind enough?

I'm a couple months early, but...

Do you guys know if you plan to release advanced pps for the Breeders' Cup like DRF does?

Also, any chance they will have both you (Doug) and Justin do more extensive analysis of both days rather than plays of the day?

It's very probable, but I'm not sure. I know they're really focused right now on two big new things to come before the Breeders Cup.
