Hollywood Park offered this bet from April 27-May 6, 1994. They called it the EZQ. It was cancelled after due to lack of interest and people being upset when they picked the first two finishers and only got a meager payout. It was replaced by the traditional quinella (1st and 2nd finishers in either order).

I think Keeneland may had offered a similar type of wager called "The Omni" back in the day, too.

Larry Bird was throwing them in from everywhere one night at "The Omni" in Atlanta one night. the shots of the celtics bench after each basket was priceless. on a side note, The Omni was also the home of Bird's best quote.
