If Tiabbi had any shred of integrity he'd focus on the unsaid lies of the administration over the Ambassador murder.

But no. We have to delude ourselves that one evil is less than the other. I wish we could send all of you to Cuba and put you in the Hunger Games.
I wish Riot simply thought that Obama was the lesser of two evils. That's not what she thinks. She thinks Obama is great and Romney is terrible. If she simply thought Obama was the lesser of two evils, I wouldn't have a problem with that. I think for most of us on here, we just try to pick the lesser of the two evils. Most of us know that both parties are terrible and they don't represent us. Riot thinks differently. She thinks one side is great and the other side is terrible.

Riot doesn't say that "they both lie a lot but Romney lies more." She basically says that the one guy is a total liar and the other guy is totally honest.

Obama gets the Middle East like Carter did in RIOT's eyes.

It's America and Israel's fault for agitating the muslim natives.

No matter what the truth is in Libya it was the damn film. Notice the film maker is locked up while the murderers run free.

How dare you accuse Obama of lying, Riot knows for a fact that he does not. She read his books.

Most kids don't carry notebooks anymore but if she had one she'd write his name all over it with little hearts and maybe even make the Os into peace signs.

You forgot to tell Rupert he's a racist.

Never does a man look more ignorantly stupid than when he lectures on "what other people think", and is wrong.

It's really nice for you, I imagine, that you keep debating that imaginary Riot that fits so nicely into your prejudices, bigotries and assumptions.

Makes it easy for me, I don't have to ever actually write anything, you'll just ass-ume whatever you want. You do seem to love not having to think too deeply or complexly

That applies to several of our Derby Trail favorites here, btw - apparently simply unable to discuss any political issue without resorting to calling names at other people, like kids. Mentally, children.

If I said something inaccurate feel free to correct me. You don't think Obama is great? You don't think Romney is terrible and a huge liar?

Yes, I think Romney is terrible, unqualified for the office due to lack of experience and knowledge, and yes, has always been a proven huge liar (which is in itself disqualifying before primaries even started in my eyes)

Do I think Obama hangs the moon? Hell no, and I've said that plenty in the past. I disagree with several things the president has done, but overall I'm very impressed with how well he's done, what he has accomplished.

He's done a good job, and I will gladly vote for him again. Is he "great"? No. But he's very solid, very good for this country, he's doing most things the right way. I think history will look upon him a lot more kindly than this current pathetically shallow American media and circus of politics.

The constant false childish ridiculousness of painting all Obama supporters as starry-eyed celebrity worshipers was over back in 2008, when McCain's Paris Hilton ad became a laughingstock.

And I was voting for McCain up until the day he picked Sarah Palin as veep, and proved he was not really qualified to be pres. by listening to Steve Schmidt on that one.

Alright, fair enough. I did not realize that you disagreed with several things that the President has done. I don't recall reading any posts by you that were critical of Obama but I obviously don't read every post on this board. I will take your word for it that you disagree with him on several issues. I will take your word that you think he's a "good" President, but not a "great" President. I had misjudged your opinion of him. I stand corrected.

Speaking of lies in the debate, what was Biden talking about when he claimed he voted against both the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. He voted in favor of both of those wars. That's a pretty blatant lie. Can anyone defend that lie? Anyone, anyone, Bueller, Riot?
