Actually judging by this spike in the deficit even on your own phony chart, it is quite apparent that there hasn't been any budget, sanity, or responsibility.

Beware, when you ask her a question that exposes her for the fraud she is, she just ignores it, insults you and then poses a question to you and demands that you answer it, while insulting you. There are many documented cases of this.
