|   I'm like Zito, I'd be so grateful that I wasn't able to see it. Hearing about horses colliding makes you imagine the worst, and it sounds like Jackson Bend looked pretty rough for a few minutes when the wind got knocked out of him. Fingers crossed that he continues to seem fine. |

|   I remember hearing right after it happened that Little Nick was fine. It sounded like Jackson Bend took the worst of it. All in all, both horses definitely dodged a bullet. The trainer of Little Nick said it was a grazing, but horses don't generally fall down and lay there for a few minutes from a grazing. I guess the point was that they didn't run full tilt into one another which explains how they're relatively okay. Little Nick's jockey stayed on. |
