These are not "hidden", as they were all outlined in detail and discussed publicly when the Affordable Care Act was passed two years ago.
They were all outlined in detail??? Even Nancy Pelosi said they needed to pass it to find out what was in it. Do you realize how much of it is left up to the discretion of Kathleen Sebelius and the rest of her dictatorship board? You really make no sense.
