Twinspires is very lenient with $ imo, and what you're saying isn't really true. If I deposit 100 with easymoney and win 200, I can take 100 out before the deposit even clears, and can keep betting with the initial 100. Also withdrawals clear in just 1 or 2 days.

Xpressbet is the same way.

Youbet was never like that. If I deposit 100 today, and if I win 200 on the same day, I can withdraw the 200 immediately.
