She was only going to race 2 more time this year before retirement, so this is far better than a possible catastrophic incident on the racetrack.

One of my All Time favorites, despite going off low odds every start, I still managed to cash a few profitable tickets on her.

A quick update. Darby Dan just tweeted that Winter Memories is in foal to Street Cry. She's expecting a colt.

loved her mama, stone cold runner was me and my brother's fave first time we saw her. Beautiful slver hoss.
