Have it at Pimlico.
Open up the infield and bring back the BYOB for a day. You'll have 110K people. You get a lot of logical results on that main track and turf course during big races. It's pretty much a neutral course for everyone because serious race horses haven't been based in Maryland in a very long time. The city of Baltimore is fine. Obviously the facility and surrounding environment won't work with the lame image they are using to try and market the event.

Monmouth Park does not currently have lights, but officials said this week that the track has committed to investing in lighting if it wins the 2013 event.
