That Perez is Kyoko, a former Paulson runner... Perez used to purchase a lot of horses from Paulson.. the following year they came back with Yappy in the same race. |

Yup, thats Itaka with Pat Valenzuela.. taken on Super Saturday 1994..
Virginia Rapids was the favorite.. Birdonthewire had fallen on some hard times in 94 and hadn't regained the same form from the previous year.. |
