but Brother Derek wins the HOY due winning the most G1's
Tiz Wonderful wins the Derby and Preakness, and loses the Belmont
to Dreaming of Anna and then is retired

Well everyone knows that Lava Man cant win anywhere other than Cali. Plus they have that cushion track out there now and Lava Man runs good on turf and dirt so I would assume that he will be good on cushion as well. But Lava Man has beated Derek rather easily this year out in Cali.

i am going to go out on a limb and say that it will be some 2yo (3yo next year) that none of us have even heard of yet.
